Overview
Our client required an extension to provide garage space for three cars, and living space above. Because the property is in a Conservation Area, certain restrictions were in place that required a professional and sympathetic approach, taking into account external landscaping as well as internal design. PCMS Design liaised with Planning Officers and other officials to ensure that any issues were ironed out early in the process. The result is a beautiful extension that is perfectly in keeping with the grounds and original property.
