Memorial Hall Refurbishment, Oxfordshire

Project Value: £120,000 | Client: Towersey Memorial Hall Committee

PCMS Design was consulted at an early stage about the Hall, which required redevelopment of the two side wings. They were in poor condition, and after consultation with the Hall Committee we recommended demolishing the existing wings and rebuilding them to modern standards. Available space was very limited, as the Hall occupies a small plot. Additionally careful consideration had to be given to the tight budget, but after overcoming these restrictions we have completed a transformative project, including replacing the dark brown cladding with a light grey to showcase the building in its best light.
