Overview

This old Coach House had clear redevelopment potential, but required some sensitive design to ensure planning permission could be secured. PCMS Design advised converting the building to an ancillary dwelling, and planning permission was granted for our design scheme which brings the Coach House up to modern living standards, while retaining the vast majority of existing period features.
